1. You agree that the email entered in this form belongs to you and is linked to your Netmotors account.
2. You are solely responsible for protecting your account credentials (password, MFA, etc.).
3. All information you provide during the purchase process must be accurate and up‑to‑date.
4. Do not use Netmotors’s services if you do not agree with these Terms of Use. Submitting this form means you accept and agree to abide by them.
Privacy
You authorize Netmotors to collect and process your personal data (including cookies) in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
Responsibilities of Both Parties
The customer expressly agrees that Netmotors will not be responsible for:
1. Loss or theft of vehicle due to improper storage or use by the customer.
2. Any third‑party modifications or services performed after delivery.
3. Traffic fines, tolls or penalties incurred after delivery.
Netmotors agrees to be responsible for:
1. Processing your order and arranging delivery of the purchased vehicle within up to 20 business days from order confirmation.
2. Ensuring that the vehicle is delivered in the condition and specification agreed at the time of purchase.
3. Handling all logistics, taxes and importation fees where applicable (unless otherwise stated).
Payments
Payment for your vehicle is made directly on the specific page of our website or app, using the method you choose at checkout. For one‑time purchases, the total amount will be charged immediately. If you opt for financing, your agreed installment plan will be processed according to the schedule provided by our financing partner. Invoices and receipts will be sent to your registered email.
Vehicle Listings
Netmotors publishes public listings of available vehicles, including specifications, pricing and images. All information is sourced from manufacturers or authorized importers and is subject to change. Netmotors is not responsible for typographical errors or delays in updating stock levels. If you notice any discrepancy, please contact us immediately at support@netmotors.co.uk.
Delivery
Netmotors provides home or dealership delivery of your vehicle within up to 20 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by manufacturer lead times, customs clearance, or logistical delays. You will receive shipment tracking details by email as soon as your vehicle is dispatched.
Warranty & Maintenance
All vehicles sold through Netmotors come with the manufacturer’s standard warranty. Extended warranty and maintenance packages can be purchased separately. Warranty claims must be made directly with an authorized service center; Netmotors will assist in coordinating claims but is not liable for service center decisions or delays.
